The Krakow project – Southern Poland

The Krakow project is located in southern Poland, in a region that is north-west of Krakow and comprises three contiguous licence areas of approximately 2,517 sq. km (622,000 acres) in total.

Set in the North Carpathian Basin, our target reservoirs are in the Devonian Dolomite and Carboniferous Limestone zones.

Approximately 46 sq km of 3D and 72 line km of 2D seismic has been acquired over our 3 concessions in late 2011 and early 2012. This data is being processed and interpreted and a drilling program being considered. Any test drilling carried out is not expected to result in a commercial discovery, but will enable the acquisition of core and log data to better understand reservoir potential.
