Barry Rourke Chairman	Barry Rourke was a partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers from 1984 until his retirement in 2001. During that time he was an auditor or advisor to a number of listed company clients in the natural resources sector, including BHP Billiton and Hamilton Oil. He has previously been a member of the audit committees for the SUAL Group and the Department of Trade and Industry in the UK.
Robert Jeffcock President	Robert Jeffcock has 20 years experience in natural resource projects in the Americas, including 6 years working with an oil & gas exploration and production company in Dallas. He was a co-founder of Cadogan Petroleum plc, and a co-founder of AIM-quoted VANE Minerals plc, a minerals exploration and production company quote on AIM.
Alexander Fraser Chief Executive, 3Legs Management Services Ltd	Alexander Fraser is an experienced emerging markets investment banker with 10 years experience in Central and East European and cross-border M&A investment banking at JPMorgan, Deutsche Bank and Brunswick-UBS, working with a variety of government and large corporate clients in sectors including oil and gas and mining. Prior to that, he worked for 6 years as a corporate lawyer for Freshfields. Mr Fraser is fluent in French and Russian, having lived and worked for 5 years in Paris and Moscow. He has a BA from Oxford and is a qualified barrister.
William Parkyn Home Jeffcock Director	William Jeffcock has spent most of his working life in the natural resource sector and was managing director of two mining companies, in Ecuador and Brazil. He was co-founder of Cadogan Petroleum. William is also managing director of Tomuro Limited a private investment company.
Kamlesh Parmar Director, 3Legs Management Services Ltd, Poland - Country Manager	Kamlesh Parmar was formerly a partner at European law firm Hammonds, specialising in corporate finance. This role included advising on and project managing M&A transactions, public listings and corporate governance and associated regulatory matters.
Dr Charles Tannock Chairman, 3legs Management Services Limited	Dr Charles Tannock MEP, a qualified medical doctor, is Conservative Member of the European Parliament for London, first elected in 1999. He has expertise in the political and economic landscape in the countries of the former Soviet Union. He is the Rapporteur of the Parliament on the European Neighbourhood Policy and speaks on foreign policy for the Conservative Delegation in the European Parliament.
Clive Needham Director	Clive Needham is Managing Director of CM Skye, a firm of company trust and administration practitioners. He qualified as a chartered accountant in 1992 and is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, and a member of the International Tax Planning Association.
Christine Holt Director	Christine is a client services manager at CM Skye, a firm of company, trust and administration services. She qualified as a solicitor in 1996 and has over 12 years' of legal and administration experience, including advising on company structuring, secretarial matters and corporate governance issues.
Mike Lewis Chief Geologist - 3Legs Oil & Gas	Mike Lewis joined the Group in 2007 and has extensive experience in the technology of unconventional reservoirs throughout the US. He is a geologist and president of Discovery GeoServices Corporation in Texas, a consulting firm he established in 1980. Mike was VP Exploration for Lyco Energy Corporation from 1996 to 2004, during which time he led Lyco's initiation and development of the extremely successful Bakken Play in the Williston Basin, including initiating horizontal drilling and fracture stimulation in that area, and increasing production from 250boed to 8,500boed. Mike's experience also includes well operations, having operated over 500 wells in the 1980's.
Kelly Scott Operations Manager - 3Legs Oil & Gas	Kelly Scott joined the Group in August 08 as Operations Manager. Kelly has 28 years' experience managing drilling and completions operations all over the world, both on and off-shore. He was with Reading & Bates Drilling Company, Houston for 13 years, before moving to Esso and then Pac Alta Resources in the 1990s. Kelly joined EnCana Oil & Gas in 2001 and during his time there supervised regulatory/environmental procedures and construction projects as well as field drilling operations. Prior to joining our Group, Kelly was engaged as Field Operations Supervisor on a Chesapeake project in the Dallas/Fort Worth Barnett Shale.
